Conductive slip ring is a precise transmission device used in relative rotating mechanism. The core shaft in the slip ring is usually made of metal material to transfer torque. However, due to the narrow space, the gap between the brush ring and the mandrel is very small and difficult to fill. Once there are impurities, conductor insulation skin damage, or even air humidity is relatively large, the insulation performance of the conductive slip ring will be greatly reduced or even turn on, making the entire equipment failure. When conductive slip rings work in liquid medium, it is more likely to occur such problems as insulation degradation or conduction of conductive slip rings.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, our company Jiujiang Ingiant provides a new type of insulated mandrel and conductive slip ring. An insulating core shaft includes a core shaft shaft, which is composed of a front part of the shaft, a middle part of the shaft and a rear part of the shaft. The shaft body is hollow structure, and the cavity of the shaft body is a stepped shaft. The shaft body is of variable diameter structure. The diameter of the front part of the shaft body is larger than the diameter of the middle part of the shaft body. The retaining ring of the shaft body, the rear section of the shaft body and the middle section of the shaft body are connected sequentially, and the rear section of the shaft body is in the shape of a stepped shaft. The insulating core shaft is made of insulating material.
